We would like to thank our donors for their generous contributions over the past month. We have received contributions from supporters all over the world, including Hawai'i, Australia, California, Ohio, Japan and Pennsylvania among others. Many thanks to those of you who have shared touching stories about your loved ones in whose honor you have adopted ki. Mahalo for adopting ki, spreading aloha and helping to raise the Hawaiian Nation. YOU are the KI TO WORLD PEACE.
Brandon spent Sunday, 2/26/17, planting ki on our new terraces with his nephews. Sharing traditional knowledge with the next generation is essential to making sure that our Hawaiian customs and practices are preserved in perpetuity.
On Friday, February 24, 2017, we hosted visitors from Hokkaido, Japan who were able to plant ki (ti leaf) to share their good intentions for world peace with the Nation of Hawai'i.
